銅板Copper  標籤貼stickers    2020

2020年9月我進駐在台北竹圍工作室，進駐期間最常被問的問題是，你想要做什麼樣的作品，這個環境帶給你什麼？『我不知道』這是我最常回覆的內容，我想環境總是會改變一個人的，或快或慢，可能是在無法意識的緩慢進行，也可能是能見的快速到無法招架。選擇了版畫常用的媒材紅銅作為紀錄材，磨去了新銅的保護層，利用標籤貼保存部分，放置在我生活的路徑中，隨著時間讓它自然生成，記錄著這裡的天氣與人們。


In September 2020, I residents to bamboo curtain studio in Taipei, After I arrived , the most frequently asked question was was, "what kind of work do you want to make?" and "what has this environment brought you?”. "I don't know" is what I answered most of the time. I think, be it slow or fast, the environment always changes a person. It might be progressing so slowly that you can't even notice, or it might also be overwhelmingly fast. In this project, I used "copper ", a frequently used material in printmaking, to record. Removing the protective layer of new copper, I put it on the paths of my life, letting it grow naturally over time and record the weather and people here.
